PRICES
The prices of the products shown do not include taxes, these will be included in the shopping cart if appropriate to each of our customers. Nor do these prices include the shipping costs of the products, which are detailed separately and must be accepted by the Customer.
IMPORTANT: the retail price will always be the minimum price double the cost price marked by RitaRita.com. It can only be reduced during the sales period approved by the market and in no case earlier than 3 months after the sale of each product. AVAILABILITY
RitaRita.com informs the Customer that the number of units available is kept up to date with the stock in warehouse and availability by our suppliers. Under no circumstances will RitaRita.com intentionally offer for sale more units than are available or have been reserved by the supplier.
RitaRita.com will do its best to satisfy all its Customers in the demand for the products. However, sometimes, and due to causes difficult to control by the company such as human error or incidents in computer systems, it is possible that the quantity finally served by the supplier differs from the order placed by ritarita.com to meet the orders of Customers.
In the event that the product is not available after the order has been placed, the Customer will be informed by email of the total or partial cancellation of the order. Partial cancellation of the order due to unavailability does not entitle the Customer to cancellation of the entire order. PAYMENT
The Customer agrees to pay at the time of placing the order. To the initial price that appears on the website for each of the products offered will be added the corresponding shipping costs. For international shipments, because the cost of transport is calculated according to weight and volume, we will communicate with the customer to give you a shipping quote.

FORMALISATION OF ORDERS
RitaRita.com establishes a minimum purchase amount of 200€ (excluding taxes) to be able to formalize the order.
The minimum purchase quantities of each product are specified individually in each product.
Once the order has been formalised, that is to say, with the acceptance of the Conditions of Use and the confirmation of the purchase process, RitaRita.com will always send an e-mail to the CLIENT confirming the details of the purchase made.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
RitaRita.com will accept order cancellations when they are requested before the order is shipped. To make the cancellation you must request it through the form "Customer Service" or by sending an e-mail to b2b@ritarita.com. Once the shipment has left our facilities, we will not be able to accept the cancellation of the same, and the CLIENT must proceed as detailed in the "Returns" section.
In the case of international shipments, no cancellations will be accepted once the order is prepared, packed and customs documentation is ready.

GUARANTEE OF THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED
RitaRita.com acts as a distributor of manufacturers who guarantee that the products presented for sale on ritarita.com work properly and do not present defects or hidden defects that could make them dangerous or unsuitable for normal use.
The contractual guarantee offered is the one usually granted by the manufacturer. Once the Customer has received the product, he/she will have the instructions provided by the manufacturer in the box, sufficient for the correct use and installation of the product and all the information about the warranty.
